Called in. The rep Kirk answered the phone. He was extremely polite, professional, informative and courteous. There was an issue with the system lagging but instead of putting me on hold he just informed me and then said he was going to go over other information while he waited which I thought was pretty awesome. We went over my info, called my insurance company and at the end his system was still lagging. I was grateful he did what he could while he could to work around that.
