When I called on Monday, Memorial Day, I was surprised that Paul picked up considering it was a Federal holiday. He was extremely friendly and walked me through the entire process of what would occur when my windshield would be replaced. Even the day of my replacement, Alex, the Technician, called me and said he would be at my house within the hour and he was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. The entire experience with SafePro was excellent and I will definitely be recommending them as well as using them again in the future!
