My only negative feedback would be that I specifically asked that I be called 30 min prior. I was told by HEATHER JAKE that this “normally” happens. I replied back and said “I need to make sure it happens” Heather said “no problem, we’ll make sure”. We both, meaning, myself and your company were lucky, I pulled into my driveway 3 minutes before your tech showed up unannounced. It turned out to not be a problem, but, 3 minutes sooner and it would have been a problem. Heather did an out stand job. The tech did a nice job installing the glass, we did miss a bit on customer service though. We’ll use you again though . . .
