Ashley Ruggieri

I was emailing with Kirk to get the basic questions answered, but ended up talking over the phone to Ashley. She was very professional and personable throughout the entire interaction. She kept smiling through the phone even though I wasn’t the most personable person either. I was at work and was trying to hurry. She respected that and did amazingly well handling a customer like me AND never skipped a beat in providing great service.
