Called to get my window fixed from a crack on Monday March 9th, spoke with Ken Curry excellent sales man. Provided him with my VIN number and details about the window/car. scheduled to have it fixed Tuesday the 10th two gentlemen arrived at 11am and they had the wrong window. Had to reschedule for Wednesday March 11th and move my work meetings around to find out that the man that came had the wrong window again. He just said he would be back with the correct window, had to reschedule everything again at work because even me proving the VIN number and details about my vehicle the first day the company could not get it right twice in a row. The window did get fixed after the third time but it was not a great experience. I paid in full since day one because I was guaranteed a done job right away not after several attempts.
