Incredibly easy and they, the safepro rep, did all the work. Maria was extremely nice and made the process stress free, to the point that they contacted my ins co and all I really had to so was answer a few questions. On top of it all, Maria had me scheduled for a replacement the very next day and they worked around my schedule. I will def utilize this company for any future issues Thanks so much you guys.
