We have had SafePro replace several windshields and other windows over the years. They are always professional, courteous, and they do great work. They show up on time, work efficiently, and leave my vehicle in better condition than they found it in. Highly recommended!

Lindsey Shute was the Representative I worked with on the phone. She was great to talk to, very happy and kind. She did everything she could to get the appointment set up for us, from trying to help me find my husband’s work address, to researching other tidbits of information I didn’t know or wasn’t sure where to look for. And making sure I had not just the company email about the call and appointment, but a personal email from her as to what was set up and when, and what cash back we would get after the insurance went through. I enjoyed talking with her and felt that she was looking out for us. Sadly, I don’t know which employee came to fix the windshield and I had no contact with them so I can not comment on their performance, but my husband can. Kirk was very friendly and helpful. He reached out to me immediately and walked me through the process. I was actually at a clinical for school and asked him to call me back at a certain time and he called back exactly when he said he would. He was patient and pretty much handled everything for me (which is awesome because I was confused about how everything works). He had me on a 3-way call with my insurance company and made sure everything was taken care of. I’m actually going to get money back from this company. He set up and appointment with me and is actually going to come to me and fix my car for me. That was probably the best news because I’m a full-time nursing student with two jobs and time is literally impossible to find! I’m very happy I came across this company online! 10/10 Recommend 🙂
