Our expierence with Kirk and his technation at SafePro was the most outgoing, helpful, and customer service oriented expierence we’ve encountered in years. Even though Kirk was not able to help us initally due to it being a Sunday and us being in Parker, AZ. Kirk was able to put all the necessary steps in place with our insurance and having glass ready so that we had our windshield relpaced the next day. THIS WAS SOONER THEN THURSDAY, WHICH WAS THE EARLEST THAT THE OTHER COMPANY WITH THE WORD “SAFE” IN THEIR NAME COULD PROVIDE SERVICE FOR US. Not just because of the prompt service we recieved but also because of SafePro’s employees professionalism and communication, they have our business for life as well as anyone close to me that I can recomend to them. Kirk Hodges was excellent. He was clear, concise, and provided a very professional service. He contacted my insurance company on my behalf, and was even able to provide some of the information directly to my insurance agent in lieu of me having to go back out to my car and retrieve it. This is the second half of my experience with SafePro… the service techs communicated before they drove to my business, they waited a few minutes while I got my keys, they were polite, courteous and informed me of the process and they were fast! What a great day! After the hassle of a cracked windshield and waiting for SafeLite to try to schedule, I got the best service from our local guys at SafePro. Thanks again! I should have gotten the names of the techs, nut they were great!

This is just step one in the review process… I haven’t even been serviced yet so I’ll review the replacement of my glass when it is done. I was just too excited to let EVERYONE know how fast, efficient, fun and overall awesome Kirk was when he answered my desperate call to have my car windshield replaced today! He kept me sane and laughing after I talked with Safelite who couldn’t see me for two days (and then I was going to have to drive my car to their shop). Kirk immediately understood my predicate and got the ball rolling. The call took minutes and I have an appointment this afternoon.
