I worked with John. He was very friendly over the phone, and he understood my need to spend as little as possible on repairing my recently chipped windshield. With the awesome “free chip repair” with a warranty when you get your windshield replaced with safepro, I didn’t need to spend any money. John then worked with my busy schedule to get me in, and when I showed up early, without calling first, he got me in anyway. His work was fast and efficient, and he explained to me what he was doing, while he was doing it. I really appreciated the service I received, especially on the short notice.
