Kelsie who I spoke with on the phone was very professional as well as personable. We had a chance to chat about things in our lives beyond glass which helped me feel more like a friend than an invoice number.

I would like to say that i talked to many glass companies today as there is a lot of competition in your industry but out of all of them i found you customer service rep Drew is his name ,to be polite , courteous and very helpfull and knowledgeable not like your typical pushy reps that tend to think you owe them ,he was very patient and professional this is what influenced me to choose your company for my glass in stall. I wish every bad experience ( windsheild breaking)was handle as quick and smooth as this one you can count on me to share my experience with my peers.

filed claim with geico. their partner vendor safelite wasn’t going to be able to repair for 4-5 days. called and tina was helpful, promised service today. guys that came out were professional and got the job done within 2 hours of me reporting my claim with geico. thanks.

Laura was excellent in her knowledge and ability to answer my questions. She was personable as well and I felt valuable as a customer. I would strongly recommend her.

Beatrice was absolutely amazing to work with, explaining the different options and possibilities. When we finally decided to do a chip repair, she connected us to my insurance agent, helped with the claim, and scheduled service to my home. Next time I need service, I hope Beatrice picks up the line!
