I am pleasantly surprised with how accommodating your customer service representative Rafael was. He went over and beyond what I expected from him in order to ensure my business was procured with SafePro which is also a preferred company with my insurance.

Convenient mobile service allowed us to have the replacement performed during working hours. Great!

The tech was on time, called ahead, was courteous, professional, and did the work quickly. He also had the rebate check in hand as promised. This was by far the best windshield experience I have ever had. Please tell the tech he got five stars.
