it was fast and super easy i loved the fact that i sent in a quote and was contacted immediatly after with no delay the custmoer service was awesome …Only thing I would suggest is having a sign on the street for your business to find it easier.

Kelsie was AMAZING! I had soo much trouble trying to schedule with Safelite. They missed my first appt, brought the wrong windshield the second AND third times and finally told me that my particular windshield was a dealer item and they would have to order it. TWO MONTHS LATER, they finally called me to schedule the appointment. By that time I was so irritated I decided not to use them. I called SafePro and Kelsie was so helpful! She answered all of my questions and got my insurance approval taken care of right away. She got me scheduled for the very next day! Kelsie was so professional and friendly. I will be calling back in the next few days to schedule my boyfriends truck with SafePro also!
