When I called the person I talked to was very helpful and even when he was having problems connecting to my insurance company he checked back with me regularly to keep me posted instead of leaving me on hold forever with no idea what’s up. The technician who replaced the windshield was very professional and pointed out some gasket issues that he was going to deal with. Over all, these guys were awesome.
