I phoned initial contact, received prompt and professional service from Maria Aguirre who teleconferenced us with Geico to immediately file and approve the insurance claim. The glass was obtained quickly, and the installation technician arrived with it, but we are now awaiting new Genesis sedan’s windshield hardware for proper windshield attachment. As soon as this hardware comes in the technician will return to replace the windshield. Great service but complex car model.
