Called up one morning while at work. Maria answered the phone as though she was just waiting for me to call. Very friendly and professional. Handled everything I needed quickly and conveniently. Remained on the line while I spoke with my insurance company and made sure to pay close attention to the entire call. Made sure to confirm everythjng at the end of the call. I work customer care for my company and I was pleasantly surprised with her customer service skills.
