I had a great experience through customer service with Denita. However, while the installers were installing my window, I was watching from my office building and I noticed one employee was on his cell phone for majority of the installation. I saw him put it down a couple times when he was struggling to take off my old windshield, however once he got it off he picked up the phone again. That just made me feel a little uneasy as a customer. Other than that, overall it was a great experience.
