Jackie, Sales representative has excellent people’s skills. She was very thorough in her explanations and efficient in setting up the service call.
David G., the technician who came to our home was very professional and his appearance was clean and presentable. He too has excellent people’s skills, and it was very obvious that he enjoys doing that he does. When he left our driveway, he did not leave any trash, etc…

We have used SafePro for several years on at least three different vehicles. The technicians are punctual and efficient. We’ve only had one small issue on one repair, and they came back out the next day to fix it. They offer very competitive pricing/rebates which is the reason we started using them in the first place. I did see on my copy of the work order that the technician (not Joseph) doubled the labor hours claimed versus worked, but maybe there is a standard rate/time I am not aware of. That being said, he was very pleasant and professional!
