Annie was absolutely awesome, she had to make REPEATED calls to my insurance provider and to me to make this happen, which took 3 days to complete (on progressives end). The experience would have been horrible based on Progressives actions but I walked away with such a completely satisfied feeling because of Annies actions. She was personable, respectful, funny and efficient despite my insurance company. I will DEFINATELY refer others to your company because of her.
