The only thing I would mention is that when you advertise a “cash back” offer, but it’s really a check – make that a little more clear up front. It’s not discussed until the end of the conversation after the replacement has already been scheduled.

Well I was calling all the windshield replacement companies to get quotes and I was able to find 2 companies that could do it for slightly less money, but I decided to go with SafePro because of the friendliness and customer service provided by your representative, Annie Bromberg. Annie was very professional with me, answered all my questions, price matched the other companies, and gave me a deal out the door including taxes and a lifetime guarantee. She did a great job and followed up with me by email. There was some technical issues with the phones, but obviously that was not Annie’s fault.

There was some initial confusion as someone else initially spoke to a rep for me. However everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and polite. Paul, Rafael, and Annie were all very courteous and helpful. The las rep I spoke with was Annie and we worked out some of the confusion and got it taken care of. I’m having my back glass resealed on Saturday. 🙂
