After submitting an online quote request, I was surprised to receive a response call with an hour of my submission. I initially spoke to Kirk who was helpful and pleasant to speak with. I let him know that I was waiting for another company to call me back, as they have done my windshields in the past and always offered me $100 cash back with each windshield. He told me that could off $50, but would crunch numbers and get back to me. Later that day I eevieved a call from Raphael, letting me know that he had received authorization to match the cash back offer I was receiving elsewhere and could deliver the check at install. Even though it was the same amount the company I had used before was offering me, I decided to book with SafePro. Why? I was impressed with their customer service. They went above and beyond to earn my business. And. To be honest. That’s an important thing to me. I was even able to get an appointment the next day and they showed up on time and were done in the exact amount of time they stated they would.
