From my initial interaction to set up an appointment to the actual installation, I received nothing short of amazing service. The installation crew was efficient, able and willing to answer all of my questions, and friendly. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful. Usually these experiences are unpleasant but she relieved any anxiety I was experiencing about the situation with my windshield and provided excellent service! Very good work. I was very satisfied. Although I would have liked to informed when the technician would be there instead of waiting within a 4 hour window. I called around noon & only then was i told he would be there around 2pm. Overall I would recommend your company.

It was great except that the wrong windshield arrived but the installers called SafePro and waited for the correct one to arrive which took about another 45 minutes but it was still installed within the 10-2 time frame.
