I was hesitant to schedule an appointment, primarily because I knew how much this would cost out-of-pocket. Fortunately, Jose was very good about walking me through his quoting process, and explaining to me the pricing structure. He was also able to find a time that worked well in my schedule. I was very impressed with Safe Pro’s ability to meet me at home, which was waiting for me upon arrival at the start of the time block. The technicians were done in 20 minutes, and were very friendly with me the entire time. Having recently experienced decent customer service from Safelite (girlfriend’s windshield), I was very impressed by the level of care taken by all staff involved. I will highly recommend in the future!

I called to set up a double replacement with Paul. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were able to call my insurance and get me set up extremely fast! We have a lifted truck and haven’t found a company yet willing to replace it.

Everything was great…don’t care for the “gift card” situation! What a pain it is to search all that stuff for a “discount” on goods and services…I’m sure most people just give up….if you are going to give an offer…just make it a straight up gift card to be used anywhere…the discountcoupon thing is annoying…..
BUT….VERY pleased with the windsheild and the service!!!
