From the beginning to the end of the replacement of my windshield experience was such a smoothe and even flow. From talking to their representive Maxwell ,to him connecting me to an agent from my insurance co. getting approval, then back to Maxwell for additional auto info. Setting up an appointment. Easy! Technicians called and were here as planned, doing a great and efficient job. Every one that I talked to were very pleasent.

I was looking for windshield replacement companies when I came upon SafePro they asked for my name n my email, because it was after hours an that SAFEPRO will call asap, that’s what they did.
FIRST thing in the morning(SMILE) 7:30 I received a text message that they would be calling in one half hour. THIS aloud me to get my wit together.
I answered the phone and Maxwell was on the line he was very kind, courteous and patient, he listened and told me what was available and that he could take care of me..
He informed me that they’ll work around me and I was to choose a day and time and they were going to come to me..
Bill arrived 2:45 pm ,between the allotted hrs I was told noon-4 pm.
Bill greeted me with a great smile n good energy ready to work.
Bill was done by 3:30 pm. It’s brand-new it looks fabulous.
