Spoke to Annie on the phone, she was excellent. She sensed that I was shopping around and turned a fail into a sale, all while being ultra-friendly and without being pushy. Either she’s a natural or SafePro’s training is excellent. Progressive had nice things to say about SafePro too. That’s always good to hear. I can’t rate my technician, as the work hasn’t been done yet.

I had 2 cars that needed windshield replacements. My rep, David, took care of my claim very quickly. We set the appt for a Saturday morning and I told him my window was small due to a previous commitment. He said the tech could do one car so I could make my commitment and they would finish the other after I had left if I had to go before they were done. To my surprise, 2 techs showed up and completed both of my cars in about 30-45 mins. The father & son team did a fantastic job. They were both extremely nice and continued to thank me for letting them come out to do the work on my cars. I was blown away. Best experience I have ever had with a glass replacement company.
