Technician contacted me 20 minutes before arrival. Arrived and promptly got to work. There were two of them. One worked on setting up the new windshield, other on removing cracked windshield. They estimated that it would take about 45 minutes and were promptly done within that timeframe. Provided instructions on care, etc. like not to wash car for two days
