Amanda Adams

Lindsey Shute was the Representative I worked with on the phone. She was great to talk to, very happy and kind. She did everything she could to get the appointment set up for us, from trying to help me find my husband’s work address, to researching other tidbits of information I didn’t know or wasn’t sure where to look for. And making sure I had not just the company email about the call and appointment, but a personal email from her as to what was set up and when, and what cash back we would get after the insurance went through. I enjoyed talking with her and felt that she was looking out for us. Sadly, I don’t know which employee came to fix the windshield and I had no contact with them so I can not comment on their performance, but my husband can.
