Our appointment is set for next week, but our experience with the sales person over the phone was excellent. We went with the company we chose because of the excellent care they took to make sure we had the best value for our money and they did it in a personal and caring way so that we just know that the installation will go equally as well. It seems to just be their standard. I last spoke with Joe on the phone and he was patient and informative.
