I was given the name of another company[Safelite] from an insurance agency [Progressive] after I found out my mom did not have full glass coverage on her policy. I did some internet searching on my own to find a local business as I live in Goodyear. I found your webpage and made a call for the free quote. Ashley was informative, very pleasant and very professional. She did not try to sell me anything, she gave a good breakdown of your services and warranties. I appreciate that she did not ask me if I went to another place and what they quoted me; why that is important is that you guys still beat the quote of the other recommended place (they said 244.66, not including taxes, you are 239.00 all included). I am scheduled to have the tech come out and replace the windshield tomorrow on my mom’s car and thus far I am very pleased with your professionalism and response.
