I thought I was calling to get a quote, but got so much more. Kirk was so courteous, kind and very helpful. My car was being worked on elsewhere by the time I called and Kirk helped save me a considerable amount of money. His customer service skills are outstanding!! My husband has been in customer service in the computer industry for over 30 years. We know what customer service should look like. I don’t think I have never experienced such kindness or received so much respect from anyone in sales before. He truly represents your mission statement well. Next time we need auto glass repair, we will not waste our time looking anywhere else simply because of your commitment to satisfying your customers. That doesn’t even mention your very affordable prices. We will certainly tell others about your family as well. I can’t even use the word business because I didn’t feel like I was treated like a customer, but like a friend. Thank you!
