Raphael took my call first at 6 p.m. Thursday and said I would get the same rebate as last time ($75 and $100 dining card), and since he couldn’t get hold of my insurance company that night that someone would call me after 8 a.m. Friday. I got no call back so called again at 1:00 p.m. Friday and Bradley informed me I only qualify for $25 but the manage agreed to $50 or another discount dining card (I’ve never even used the one from last year). Now it won’t be replaced until tomorrow and I hope it all works out as I will be helping present a seminar at a medical facility downtown that does not allow them on their parking lot. I hate to park on the street in that neighborhood but don’t want to wait another day for the repair/replacement. Both Raphael and Bradley were very polite and helpful however. I was pleased with the replacement last year and expect to be so again tomorrow.
