I highly recommend SafePro! Kirk was very courteous to me on the phone and when I asked if I could get my windshield replaced today he went above and beyond to make that work! He made the process extremely easy even calling my insurance to get approval, and calling me back to give me an estimated time. The technician Jesus called before arrival. Jesus was extremely professional also and got the work done in a timely manner and the windshield looks awesome. I will post a very positive review on Angie’s List!

My experience was extremely positive – as someone who has never had to get a windshield replaced, I was a little overwhelmed. David called the insurance company with me on the line to get it all authorized, followed up with me and scheduled a third follow up just in case. It was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Glass was installed somewhat poorly. Half of the VIN number is not viewable because the windshield was installed too low.
