Safe pro worked with my schedule and worked me in to get the replacement windshield done quickly and even put me first on the Sunday morning! Courteous prompt staff… I would definitely recommend and use them again! Plus I get lifetime free chip repair ! I didn’t catch the name of the technician that replaced the windshield but he was super courteous professional and prompt !

This is the second half of my experience with SafePro… the service techs communicated before they drove to my business, they waited a few minutes while I got my keys, they were polite, courteous and informed me of the process and they were fast! What a great day! After the hassle of a cracked windshield and waiting for SafeLite to try to schedule, I got the best service from our local guys at SafePro. Thanks again! I should have gotten the names of the techs, nut they were great!

This is just step one in the review process… I haven’t even been serviced yet so I’ll review the replacement of my glass when it is done. I was just too excited to let EVERYONE know how fast, efficient, fun and overall awesome Kirk was when he answered my desperate call to have my car windshield replaced today! He kept me sane and laughing after I talked with Safelite who couldn’t see me for two days (and then I was going to have to drive my car to their shop). Kirk immediately understood my predicate and got the ball rolling. The call took minutes and I have an appointment this afternoon.
