Raphael was very helpful- but the system is the problem. I did my claim online the night before but was not accepted. Had to call in and be put on hold only to be informed their system was unavailable due to updates. Any other time I have to have my windshield inspected prior to authorization. Very frustrating to jump through hoops.

Kirk Hodges helped me, and he was great. He was very friendly, made sure I would get my insurance company’s approval for the windshield replacement, and worked with me to pick the best time and location for the service on my daughter’s car.
