The call to set up the appointment was quick and easy, Annie Bromberg was delightful on the phone. The gentleman who came to replace my windshield called ahead of time, was on time, polite, and had a great attitude. He was done in no time. It was a great experience. I had actually called some other companies first and they were either rude on the phone or couldn’t schedule an appt for over a week. Really glad I called SafePro. Kirk was so great to work with. Very easy. My only recommendation are the installers. Van was unmarked and they wore white t-shirts. No company advertising on van and/or employees. Would have left me with a little more “feel good” if there was more company representation.

Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the process completely, and was accommodating in establishing the date and time that would work for us. The Installers were polite and efficient, and clearly experienced. Our only complaint would be that they arrived at our house without calling beforehand, as we were told they would do.
