I had a good experience with your sales rep Maria and your installer David. I did not receive good service from your install manager Pete. I called in after the install on 9-17-14 because I was concerned that molding wasn’t installed around the edges of my windshield. I spoke with Debra and she said she would have Pete call me. I also sent an email to Pete to call me. I never heard from him so I called back on 9-18-14 and spoke with Debra. She said they had a call into Pete to call me. She said he or she would call me back by the end of the day. Debra called back and said Pete wouldn’t be able to call me today, but would call me on Friday. He never did call me back so I called in today, Saturday the 20th and spoke with Debra and told her Pete never called me and that I think I made a mistake going with your company versus Safelite. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to recommend your company to friends and family.
