Excellent customer service over the phone! The sales rep Drew was knowledgeable and very helpful! I got a great price and was surprised that the company fixes chips for free! Had my windshield on my other car replaced about a year ago for less by another company, but I have spent more over the year fixing chips!

Had a appointment scheduled with a time frame of 10am-2pm. At 1pm I telephoned to inquire how much longer it would be and was hold they have tried to contact me since 8am which is un true as I provided two phone numbers and did not receive a missed call or voicemail on either phone.. Very dissatisfied
