Called for a quote and got a good price on the windshield for my 2012 Jetta. I set an appointment to meet me between 1 and 5 PM in the parking lot of Arizona Mills mall. By 3:15 PM I still had not received an estimated time for the installer to arrive. I called to see if the installer was actually coming, since I was 100 miles from home and a no show would have been very inconvenient. 5 minutes later I got a call from the installer that he would be pulling in shortly. He was working on the car 10 minutes later. It would be nice to get periodic updates on ETA when you are meeting at a remote location. I ended up killing 3 hours at the mall that could have been more productively utilized.
