Technicians were adequate at their job. Sales rep did not allow enough time between windshield replacements for epoxy to dry. My signature was forged on a promotional check in my name, an investigation was supposed to be performed. Every time I call to find out the status of the investigation I never get an answer or a return phone call. I am about to talk to a police to find out my options.
