I Don’t Normally Do A Review But This Time I Just Had To . …I Called Safelite first and being I never had this done I did have questions and I was soooo surprised when the rep stop talking that he didn’t answer any one of my questions ,I had to tell him and I said I thank you for your time and hung up . I then looked online and found Safepro who I did remember my sister stating they were great for her . I called them and spoke with a gentleman named Doug , I explained what had happened and by the time he finished speaking I didn’t even have to ask a question he answered them all . Well they came today and I just have to say they were awesome from start to finish everything is just perfect and I will be recommending you to friends and family . I just want to say Thank you for a professional and worry free experience from start to finish . You should have 10 star rating not just 5 star rating !!!

When I called, I explain to Doug that my son went to take his driving test and they would not let him do to crack across the windshield. Doug was very understanding and said we will be out tomorrow. He didn’t want my son to have to wait for his license. The technician was there at the scheduled time and had the new windshield replaced within an hour. The following day my son took his driving test and passed. Thanks for everything especially for understanding teenagers.
