David was very professional and polite. David also went above and beyond to obtain my business with SafePro. David admitted that he made a mistake regarding a check that was going to be sent to me. David’s honesty was very impressive and appreciated. My installer Daniel was on time and called before he arrived. He was also professional and polite. I informed Daniel of an air leak problem by the last company I used. Daniel reassured me that my concerns would not be handled in the same manner and said that if I had any problems that he would come back and try to repair the problem and if another visit is needed then he would replace the windshield with no questions asked. My entire experience has been a totally WOW experience. I will use SafePro in the future to replace any of my windows and will HIGHLY recommend SafePro to everyone including my insurance Allstate.

I had called 9 other windshield replacement companies across the valley before landing at SafePro. All of the other companies had the same phone-service as SafePro (which is excellent because they’re trying to get you to buy something from them) but I chose SafePro because of the price. They offered me OEM quality glass at HALF of Safelite’s price, which I assumed was already the bottom price because of their reputation for have sub-par glass. Anyhow, SafePro came to my work, was in and out in 30 minutes. They didn’t disrupt my work day at all, and even sent me a text with post-installation instructions (albeit, very simple), but it was a nice touch. SAFEPRO DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS!!
