My initial experience was with Paul Day who was very friendly and helpful on the phone. My grandson’s girl friend with some help from us had just purchased an older but somewhat nice car with a cracked windshield. Due to the circumstances this was a cash situation and Paul was very helpful. Al, the technician who installed the windshield was not only friendly, professional, and very experienced, and as he told me up front, less than 30 minutes. When Al finished the windshield everything in the surrounding area was clean, probably better than when he arrived. I will call Safe Pro if I need a windshield or repair in a heartbeat.
