I was told that the Tech would show up between 12 & 5 and he came closer to 12. He was professional and informative.

I thought the whole process was excellent. It started with David on the phone who was very good. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and had a great personality. The install technicians did a great job as well. They were on time, personable and were very quick. Also, I could tell that they were extremely hard workers that cared about the job they did for the customer.
