It was raining heavy outside and I need to have the window replaced same day. Although I was estimated to have the repair done the next day, David went above and beyond to ensure my repair would be done same day. Great customer experience!

Great service. It was fast, friendly and professional. The technician offered to vacuum the broken glass for me, but we had no power source(apartment issues). My suggestion would be to ensure that the tech has a power converter. This would have made the experience even better.

We were away from home when someone broke out the side car window and stole items from inside. I tried other glass places and they couldn’t help me on a Saturday until the afternoon. David Graham at Safe Pro got someone over to our hotel very quickly and the technicians replaced the glass quickly and even vacuumed out the glass. David made sure we were taken care of and we got to leave for the State Fair in time.
