I had 2 cars that needed windshield replacements. My rep, David, took care of my claim very quickly. We set the appt for a Saturday morning and I told him my window was small due to a previous commitment. He said the tech could do one car so I could make my commitment and they would finish the other after I had left if I had to go before they were done. To my surprise, 2 techs showed up and completed both of my cars in about 30-45 mins. The father & son team did a fantastic job. They were both extremely nice and continued to thank me for letting them come out to do the work on my cars. I was blown away. Best experience I have ever had with a glass replacement company.
