Phone appointment set-up was excellent. After that, not so much. My appointment was scheduled for a Monday morning between 8 and 12. I came to work early just to be there for my install appointment. (Wasnt scheduled until 11) After 12 came and went, I called and you tried to reschedule me for another day. That was unacceptable. So then, you scheduled an install between 12-5. After all that, you ended up “farming” the install out to another company. (Whom I now see I should have called to begin with) Also, as part of the deal, I was promised a $90 check as a rebate/incentive. I still haven’t seen this check either! Ben was great with meeting my needs and very helpful. After that, the process seemed to be lacking professionalism.
