I wasn’t exactly sure what I was doing, but Ben walked me through the whole process and made everything super easy, he even got my insurance on the phone with me right then. The replacement was quick and easy. They came to my work and were quick and efficient. My check came in the mail as promised. Overall it was a great experience and I didn’t have to pay, in fact they paid me!
