Not good / wanted to drop off car early ( 1 pm appointment )came in 20 min early was not able to drop off keys till 1:15 place was call center not set up for walk in I should have paid extra $20 / also black glue on floor jams I had to clean / SCRATCH on glass on drivers field of vision I should have checked before I paid for work

I called two times late in the day to have someone come replace my windshield. Both times I spoke with Ashley on the phone and each time she was very helpful trying to accomodate my late in the day request. She was able to find a technichian to come out the same day and the service was great.

Ashley Beeder was awesome. The time from my initial inquiry to her phone call was very short. Her phone call was pleasant and she was extremely helpful and courteous. Her level of professionalism is above reproach BUT does not interfere with her ability to be personable. It was an excellent experience. Hopefully the glass replacement goes as smoothly.
