I was given the name of another company[Safelite] from an insurance agency [Progressive] after I found out my mom did not have full glass coverage on her policy. I did some internet searching on my own to find a local business as I live in Goodyear. I found your webpage and made a call for the free quote. Ashley was informative, very pleasant and very professional. She did not try to sell me anything, she gave a good breakdown of your services and warranties. I appreciate that she did not ask me if I went to another place and what they quoted me; why that is important is that you guys still beat the quote of the other recommended place (they said 244.66, not including taxes, you are 239.00 all included). I am scheduled to have the tech come out and replace the windshield tomorrow on my mom’s car and thus far I am very pleased with your professionalism and response. Had a windshield replaced at the SafePro shop (rather than at my home). Work was done in less than one hour and at the price quoted to me over the phone. Only improvement I could suggest is to have a staff member greet walk-in customers immediately. Walking in the door, I was unsure who to see or where to start. Overall a good experience and will use SafePro again.
