I had two vehicles that needed servicing. Ashley was very patient with my needs and my schedule. She was very knowledgeable of the servicing process and was able to answer questions before I asked them. One thing that is very important to me (because I lived in Japan fore 12 years) is the level of courtesy and manners that were always displayed. She was a very good representative of the company and I was impressed with every aspect of her performance, as well as the accuracy of information, the quality of products, the attitude and courtesy of the technicians (Alberto and Eric, I think . . .) and the timing and speed of service. Heck, I was even impressed with the wait-time message while I was on hold. You all have a great thing going and I will definitely recommend you to others.

I found out Bout their A+ rating with the BBB and have heard only good things about them. Even my insurance advised me they are the preferred company to replace windshields. They were kind enough to wait 15 minutes while I arrived at my home in order to replace my windshield. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their windshield replaced.

I used your online chat service which Ashley Beeder was my rep and made it easy to get a quote and then called me once she knew the parts were in stock a few minutes later. She was able to have the techs bring both windshield types so I could see the tinted one and non tinted. Very nice and helpful and the Techs were unbelievably fast I thought.
