I called to get a price quote and Paul answered. He was extremely friendly and professional and quoted me a very fair price. The whole process was very simple and they even came out to replace my windshield which was nice. The only negative part was the time window for my appointment was 12-4p and I was contacted around 2:30 by the technician saying he was running late and would be there around 3:30 or 4. At 4:30 he was still not there and I needed to be somewhere at 5. He showed up a few minutes later and was able to replace my windshield.
